Once a subscription plan is purchased from Self Salad, cancellations are not permitted. This means that once you have signed up for a plan, you are committed to it for the duration of the subscription period without the option to cancel.
If a customer wishes to terminate their plan within the first three days of starting the subscription, a refund will be issued after deducting a certain amount from the subscription plan. The deduction will be calculated at a rate of 200 Rs per salad. After the first three days, no refunds will be provided for plan terminations.
To request a hold on salad delivery for a specific day, customers must inform Self Salad at least 10 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. This advance notice allows the company to make the necessary arrangements and adjust their delivery schedule accordingly.
A subscription is valid for 40 days from the start date. During this period, you can put your salad deliveries on hold for up to 10 consecutive days. However, the total duration of the subscription, including any hold periods, must be within the 40-day validity period.
Self Salad operates on a prepaid order basis only. This means that you need to pay for your salad subscription in advance before receiving the deliveries. The prepaid model ensures that the company can effectively manage their inventory and plan their resources accordingly.
